Movie Nights

The movie theater at the Ronald McDonald House in Seattle.

Volunteering to host a movie night is an opportunity which allows you to enjoy a G or PG movie with our families. All you have to do is bring a movie and snacks for 15 people!

To allow as many volunteers to participate as possible, we allow groups to reserve one date a month from September through May. Additional dates may be added on or after the first of each month for dates that are still available that month. From June through August, two or more dates per month may be reserved depending on the availability of open dates.

For details, please read our Movie Night Guide (Updated Feb 2018)

How to Schedule a Movie Night:

  • Before selecting your movie, review our list of recently shown movies.
  • Next, please review our Movie Night calendar for open dates.
  • Please fill out the form below. The Activities Coordinator will contact you to let you know that your date is confirmed.

Volunteer Groups

Please review Volunteer Guidelines. The group lead must read this document prior to visiting the House. At least two people are required to attend when hosting a movie. Our theater is relatively small, with seating for 15 people, so please cap group size at six volunteers. Permission is required for more than six volunteers. All group members must be at least 13 years old. Groups with volunteers in high school must have an adult supervisor in attendance. Movies are scheduled to begin at 7:00 PM. The volunteer group should arrive 30 minutes prior to the movie.
