Frequently Asked Questions about

the RMHC leaf program

How do I donate for a leaf?

You can make a donation here.

What is the deadline to donate for a leaf?

There are a limited number of leaves on our donor wall. Once they are all purchased, the leaves will no longer be available.

What can I write on the leaf?

Each leaf has room for up to 36 characters, including spaces. You name or message must fit that parameter.

Where will the donor wall be on the RMHC property? Can I come see my leaf?

The donor wall will be visible from the new courtyard being constructed as part of the expansion. Please note that this is also a space that will be regularly used by families, so any visitors will need to contact the House and set a time to come by.

How will I find my leaf?

We will have more information on this once the donor wall is complete.

When will the donor wall be installed?

This is dependent on construction timelines. We will notify donors when we have more information on timing.

Can I make a donation of stock or securities to put my name on a leaf?

Yes! If you plan to make a stock donation, instructions for that process can be found by clicking here.

When will my gift be processed?

Your gift will be processed immediately to help fund the construction that is already underway.

Can my company match my gift?

Yes. Check with your HR team to find out if your company matches and what the process is to get your gift matched.

Is my leaf donation tax deductible?

Yes! Ronald McRonald House Charities of Western Washington & Alaska is a 501(c)(3) organization. Donations are tax deductible to the full extent of the law. Our tax ID number is 91-1061043.

Who can I contact if I have further questions?

You can get in touch with Heather or Vanessa.
