Welcome to RMHC

At Ronald McDonald House Charities® of Western Washington & Alaska (RMHC), we support seriously ill children and their families. At the Seattle Ronald McDonald House, we provide a "home-away-from-home" to help families through a difficult time. We also provide a van service for families staying in Anchorage while their children receive medical care.

Bob's Brown Beer 2012
Thank you to everyone who came out on May 14 to the Nickerson Street Saloon for the Bob's Brown Beer 2012 Release Party. The sun was shining and lots of money was raised for RMHC! This delicious beer is brewed each year in memory of Bob Hirsch, a former RMHC resident, and 100% of the proceeds are donated to RMHC. The Color Run - Thank You!
Thank you to the 100+ RMHC volunteers who helped at The Color Run on Sunday, May 13. This new race was quite a hit with 6,200 taking to the streets to be tie-dyed from head to toe.  We appreciate the opportunity to partner with The Color Run and look forward to sharing the total money raised!  Stay tuned!  And for those runners out there, be sure to check out our Rock 'n' Roll Marathon team as well!

 

 
  House Tour
Our next monthly House tour is scheduled for Wednesday, June 6.  We would love to show you our facility and tell you about the work we do!  If interested in attending, please arrive between 8:30am-8:45am.  There is no need to sign-up.  In consideration of the children's compromised immunity, you must be at least 13 years old and healthy (no colds please). Teens age 13-15 must be accompanied by an adult. We look forward to meeting you!
